Hello to one and all. I wanted to share a friends observation on my impasto style landscapes called "Haven Woods" (Gallery 1).............It very much describes the fun place I go when I do this particular style.........."I especially enjoyed the Haven Woods series. They reminded me of—stained glass? Cloisonné? Van Gogh swooping through the night sky? A delighted little kid with four new jars of finger paint? Yeah, all of those.
