The two character's extruded from the picture are "He Bangs His Head Against The Wall" and the other "The World Turns On His Thumb-He's Got The World On A String". These two people from long ago seem at opposite ends of the emotional spectrum and possibly social standings. Nothing seems to have changed in the past 446 years as far as the human psychic goes.
