Drawn to the light of a distant cosmic event. Quiet to our ears, but bright to our eyes. The events of yesteryear make their way to our present time frame after millions or billions of years traveling across the Universe.

A breath of fresh air. A breeze. A view of the horizon and a sense of openness that comes with a visit to the sea shore. I would like this vignette to have a calming affect for the viewer. It did for me as I was creating!

I enjoy when a bird flies over my head and I know they are looking down at me as I am looking at them. I delight in the primal feeling of connection with nature if only for an instant. It puts a smile on my face and raises my spirits.

I have a Hummingbird feeder that attracts these amazing fliers. A buzzing sound as they fly in to feed and a buzzing sound as they disappear into the sky.

Canadian Geese frequent our valley during the winter time. Some stay year round. They fly in large flocks Honking to each other. A wonderful sight and sound to the unexpected viewer on the ground. I always stop and watch their progress across the sky.

The incredable energy of the Sun and wind lifting this Hawk above my head. It travelled North and soon disappeared into a thicket of trees.
