This "Silver Birch" Tree Has An Eye On Its Bark That Looks Back At You As You Walk By. It Is A Common Feature On This Species Of Tree And When There Is A Grove Of Them Looking At You It Is A Mixed Feeling Of Humor, Surprise and Discovery. Nature Is Abundant And Speaks To Us In Many Forms.

The eye seems a bit Egyptian, with the dark eyeline. I’ve never heard of this reference before, I’ll be watching those birches next time I visit them.
